Introducing new payment merchant INFLO  BYTE

Terms And Condition

1. User Responsibilities

a) Users must not use the Inflo Byte platform in any way that violates the law, enables fraud, or exposes Inflo Byte to legal action or investigation.

b) Bank account or card details accessed through a merchant’s software on Inflo Byte may only be used for legitimate transactions and must not be sold or shared unless obtained independently.

c) Users must comply with all Inflo Byte terms and must not tamper with, reverse-engineer, translate, or modify the platform without written authorization.

d) Users must complete Inflo Byte’s KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements and provide accurate, truthful information.



2. Merchant Responsibilities

a) Merchants must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when using the Inflo Byte platform.

b) Merchants are prohibited from processing payments on behalf of other businesses.

c) Payments received through Inflo Byte must not be used to refinance previous customer debts.

d) Any data from payment instruments must be collected exactly as instructed by Inflo Byte.

e) Merchants must provide digital or printed receipts displaying the transaction amount.

f) Merchants must not add extra charges, discounts, or financing fees to digital payment transactions.

g) Merchants grant Inflo Byte a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use their logo and brand in promoting payment services.

h) Merchants also allow their business name to be used in Inflo Byte promotional materials.

i) Merchants must implement all necessary security measures on their digital platforms for processing payments.

j) Merchants must follow all written guidelines issued by Inflo Byte regarding digital transactions.

k) In cases of fraud, disputes, or chargebacks, the acquiring bank or platform provider may return funds to the customer. If insufficient funds are available, recovery will be made from the merchant.

l) Merchants must provide accurate details during business verification. False information may result in penalties or account suspension.



3. Transactions & Settlements

a) Inflo Byte will settle payments to merchants within agreed timelines and will inform them of any unexpected delays.

b) All transactions must be legitimate and must comply with this agreement.

c) Merchants must keep electronic transaction records for at least five (5) years from the date of authorization.



4. General Responsibilities

a) Merchants must comply with all general policies and service-provider rules under this agreement.

b) Merchants must follow all applicable e-commerce, trade, and consumer protection laws.

c) Merchants are fully responsible for fulfilling customer orders and delivering services.



5. Accepting Customer Payments

a) Payments may only be received and refunded for products or services directly sold by the merchant.

b) Transactions must strictly relate to products/services listed under the merchant’s declared business scope.

c) Merchants must notify Inflo Byte in writing before changing their product or service offerings.

d) Merchants must provide Inflo Byte with URLs of any websites/applications accepting digital payments.

e) All payments must be accepted in accordance with applicable laws and this agreement.

f) Merchants must avoid any activity that may damage Inflo Byte’s reputation.

g) Merchants agree to defend and compensate Inflo Byte against liabilities arising from customer dealings.



6. Disputes

a) Inflo Byte is not involved in disputes between merchants and customers and bears no responsibility for related outcomes.

b) Merchants cannot refuse returns or cancellations solely based on the payment method used.



7. Refunds & Chargebacks

a) Merchants must issue electronic refunds for cancelled services or returned goods, minus applicable fees.

b) All communication and documentation must be retained for five (5) years.

c) Inflo Byte may withhold funds if there is a breach of agreement, missing authorization, or failure to provide transaction details.

d) In cases of dispute or fraud, refunds may be made from the merchant’s balance.

e) A service fee—calculated as a percentage of the transaction amount—will apply to each chargeback. This fee may be deducted from settlements or billed separately.

f) Inflo Byte is not responsible for refunds on setup fees, subscriptions, integrations, or deposits connected to chargebacks.



8. Indemnification

a) Merchants agree to indemnify Inflo Byte and its representatives against losses or claims arising from their business operations or obligations to customers.

b) Merchants acknowledge that Inflo Byte is a payment facilitator—not responsible for merchant-customer relationships.



9. Prohibited Items

Merchants agree not to sell or promote:

Firearms

Alcohol

Explosives

Pornographic material

Live animals

Illegal drugs or controlled substances

Fireworks

Hazardous materials

Mass emailing tools/mailing lists

Gambling services

Multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes

Matrix schemes

“Work-from-home” promotions

Website promotion fees

Wire transfer services

Any product/service prohibited by Pakistani law



10. Data Security & Confidentiality

a) Merchants are responsible for securing customer data collected via their website/app and must use encryption and security protocols. Losses from hacking are the merchant’s responsibility.

b) Merchants must maintain a secure connection between their platform and Inflo Byte’s payment gateway. Any losses from compromised links are the merchant’s liability.



11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, and content—including “infloByte.com”, “Inflo Byte”, and associated logos—are the property of Inflo Byte and its licensors. They may not be used, copied, or modified without written permission.



12. Third-Party Products & Services

Some features may involve third-party providers. Any purchase from such parties is directly between the merchant and the third-party. Inflo Byte is not responsible for their products or conduct.



13. Disclaimer

Inflo Byte serves as a facilitator between banks, payment partners, and merchants. All services are provided “as is” without warranties. Merchants agree to use the services at their own risk. Inflo Byte is not liable for any losses arising from use of the platform.



14. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any unresolved disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts in Pakistan, whose decision will be final.
